I got really sick and had a birthday and ran a 10k since I last blogged here.
My 10k happened after 2 days of stomach flu so it was slightly slower than I'd hoped and trained for but, life happens. My time was 1:19:20. Another thing that slowed me down was the last 3 miles being half trail and I DO NOT like trail... OH and it was really wet and muddy.

Breakfast: cereal. Gotta stop with the cereal, almost lost it at yoga
Lunch: chicken, broccoli, quinoa over lettuce 2 T HM ranch, salad supreme.
Snack: scoop ice cream, trail mix
Dinner: nope
Dessert: HM donut scoop dark chocolate ice cream

Dinner: the rest of milkshake 3 meatballs.
I stopped taking my daily Zyrtec and its amazing. I am not hungry all the time so a lot less snacking going on. I'm also a lot happier and not tired all the time. The downside is my allergies. Yikes but worth it for now
