My 10k happened after 2 days of stomach flu so it was slightly slower than I'd hoped and trained for but, life happens. My time was 1:19:20. Another thing that slowed me down was the last 3 miles being half trail and I DO NOT like trail... OH and it was really wet and muddy.

L: French grilled cheese, Apple, and
D: burritos with sweet potato
DD: peanut butter/chocolate lasagna
