Yoga jog/walk 20 mins
Breakfast: cereal. Gotta stop with the cereal, almost lost it at yoga
Lunch: chicken, broccoli, quinoa over lettuce 2 T HM ranch, salad supreme.
Snack: scoop ice cream, trail mix
Dinner: nope
Dessert: HM donut scoop dark chocolate ice cream
