TABATA then tried to run but it hurt too much
Breakfast: egg toast
Lunch: cereal
Snack: handful crackers
Dinner: burrito/chimmy salad
Dessert: orange float
I did meal prep for lunch for the week then I didn't know what to eat for lunch... That was dumb
