TABATA
Breakfast: 2 eggs, cheese, tortilla
Lunch: gold fish, quesadilla, 
Snack: cereal
Dinner: wheat pasta, Costco meatballs (9 which is too many)

29 SEP2015

Yoga, casual bike
Breakfast: cold cereal
Lunch: roast quesadilla 
Snack: jello
Dinner: 1.5 cup chicken, wheat rotini pasta, red sauce/ squirt olive oil mayo sprinkle cheese, side HM apple sauce. 

I like cold cereal... A lot... But it does not FUEL my body the way I need it to. I had been having green fruit smoothies or eggs and toast/tortilla and when I eat these I am satisfied till lunch. I was hungry by 10 and craving sweets more today.

TABATA & 2 miles
Breakfast: 2 eggs 1oz cheese, 1 tortilla
Lunch: salad: lettuce, bell peppers, cucumber, hard egg, 4oz roast, HM ranch.
Dinner: taco bowl: lettuce, rice/quinoa, tomato, bell peppers, taco ground turkey, HM ranch
Dessert: hot fudge sundae.

Today is fast Sunday so.. 
Breakfast:0
Lunch:0
Dinner: 2 tortillas, plain Greek yogurt (sour cream sub), 7 oz beef roast, 2T HM ranch, cheese, lettuce, cucumber, bell peppers, jello, WATER, 
Dessert: chocolate pudding, ~3/4C ice cream.
