TABATA & 2 miles
Breakfast: 2 eggs 1oz cheese, 1 tortilla
Lunch: salad: lettuce, bell peppers, cucumber, hard egg, 4oz roast, HM ranch.
Dinner: taco bowl: lettuce, rice/quinoa, tomato, bell peppers, taco ground turkey, HM ranch
Dessert: hot fudge sundae.
