29 SEP2015

Yoga, casual bike
Breakfast: cold cereal
Lunch: roast quesadilla 
Snack: jello
Dinner: 1.5 cup chicken, wheat rotini pasta, red sauce/ squirt olive oil mayo sprinkle cheese, side HM apple sauce. 

I like cold cereal... A lot... But it does not FUEL my body the way I need it to. I had been having green fruit smoothies or eggs and toast/tortilla and when I eat these I am satisfied till lunch. I was hungry by 10 and craving sweets more today.
